ICU-Sync AI was built out of a real need: ICU doctors spend enormous time on documentation — daily notes, discharge summaries, insurance paperwork — time better spent with patients.
The Problem
In Indian ICUs, documenting a patient's entire stay for insurance (TPA) or medicolegal purposes is a manual, hours-long task. A doctor must reconstruct the clinical story from handwritten notes, lab reports, and memory — often at the end of an already exhausting shift.
Our Solution
ICU-Sync AI lets doctors log structured daily notes throughout a patient's stay. At discharge or death, one click generates a complete, medicolegal-grade summary using Google Gemini AI — formatted for TPA insurance claims, hospital records, and legal documentation.

ICU-Sync AI is purpose-built for Indian hospitals, with terminology, formats, and clinical standards aligned to Indian medical practice and insurance requirements.
Technology
The app is built on React, Firebase, and Google Gemini AI. It runs entirely in the browser with real-time Firestore sync — no complex infrastructure, no installation needed.
